The pictures were just simply breathtaking. The torrential unforgiving rain and waves, the tribal fire burning lonely on the island, the rumpus through the forest, the lair. Each scened moved too fast to actually soak in its detailed artistic beauty.
Every Wild Thing, i believe, was a personification of Max's traits and emotion - lonely, helpful, awkward, disruptive, loving, hot-tempered, destructive and thoughtful (trytofitthepiecesyourself).
"You're the king. You'll be a truly great king"
"We do whatever you want us to do. Whatever makes you happy"
"He's going to make us happy"
"What a relief. I like it better when we have a king."

Having things done your way, thinking your way is best doesn't mean it is. Max learnt many valuable life lessons and when you taste your own medicine you know its bitter.

"I don't see why K.W. likes them. I don't even understand what they're saying"
"I don't too..."

P.S: Tony Soprano played the voice for Carol...WHAT NO WAI - i love that italian spagetti meatball illmurderuinyousleep beautyandthebeast beast! and i'm not hundred percent sure the accuracy of the last quote.
