Rotten and that's fresh

I really really shouldn't be here. psstimactuallyatwork
But i'm stressing out here and almost falling asleep. I've got this weird habit/emotional-reaction - when i get too stress-out or depress, i tend to be sleepy. I guess my mind works in overdrive and "great scott!" i beam myself to lalaland.

But i can't fall asleep now so i decided to -ermm- surf the web. And so to my rotten day, i found something fresh.   R o tte nF resh.

I think they're from Indonesia. And great things are coming out from there (another is Badger) - and this is one of it. It's a fashion lifestyle online magazine.

What i like about it is that they have a city guide, unfortunately just for Indonesia atm. Hopefully they add more. It's done with googlemap application which tells you the exact location of the shop in that particular city. Something we need here in Australia and Malaysia; anyone knows one?

And as well their Style Of The Week. A compilation of other blogs bout fashion of the streets around the world. Not sure if they're models or just random street-walkers.

Feel rotten but thanks for keeping it fresh interwebs.

NutNutnutelllaaa

Had a craving for nutella this morning and bought me a jumbo-jet size! It all started from the nutella dessert i had on friday...
Imagine:

And you get a heavenly dosage of nutella in a calzone.

It's a Nutella filled calzone with fresh strawberries served with chocolate sauce, a scoop of ice cream and whip cream. And when i say filled i mean like when you cut it open it oozes out profusely with Nutella. Just thinking of it again makes me want to go back there. Sorryidon'ttakepicturesoffoodijustravageit

You can go to Groove Train at Eagle Street to sink your teeth in this sinful-goodness. I'm planning to go there again to try their pasta and pizzas.
A must try for Nutella lovers!

And Wolves, Bats, Bears, Oh my Ride!

Let's talk about the latest movie that i just saw...
Nope it ain't dribdrib tokyo drift. Shamefully it was the total opposite of scantily-clad women and furious cars - it was scantily-clad men and furious love-confusion.

Yes i watched New Moon. But with two girls  (theydraggedmehonestly)!

I always liked vampires and its occult mysteries. Interview with a Vampire, Blade, and Hellsing.
It all had an element of intrigue and cool-ness.

And this movie has vampires and a little history lesson in it, which was cool.

Plus there are Lycans or to the lay-man werewolves!

Man that's got to be awesome. And with romance added to it - i guess now i can bring a girl along.

Welllll  its actually more of a chick flick(nokidding, jon) than an unbias-gender movie. There were some pretty awesome vampire and lycan scenes, though! But i won't go into detail on that because there just wasn't enough.

What really cheesed me off 'bout the movie was the love plot. Seriously whole time of the show i just wanted to smack the silly Bella in the head.
*DISCLAIMER: some points below might spoil the movie for you if you have not watch. I'll summarize the rest of the post for you - Bella is a girl who needs to be schooled*

Peeled A Banana - and it was Gold inside

One of the reasons I started blogging, i guess, is because of the amount of honey that's flowing out of the internet. You peel it open and you stumble across sites after sites, blogs after blogs of the most creative minds.
One site that i often visit is . Its a storage of art scattered across the interwebs. My major pet peeves with it is that there isn't a search engine to find an image with a theme that i want or the images aren't tag properly which makes it hard to recollect an image i saw sometime; it's seriously finding a needle in a haystack.

Another site worth mentioning is This isn't happiness. A punk of a blog - black background and even the name is a slit-wrist fest. But the image is nothing less than life.

That's my gem of the web for the day. Have a good one peeps and God bless.

I could see myself there for that long

I could see myself living in a such a house till I'm that old. During heaps of time idling in life, I dreamt of my future home. I'll post little by little of what i dream my castle to be like.

Currently renting and soon to move out - to another rented. Well i'm hoping to find a place I can actually call home. The sad thing about renting is that you can never personalize it as much as you wish or dream.

If I knew how to play a banjo...

I would never be 1/5231131562 as good as these guys -
Mumford and sons.

Think the passion of a Blue October, the simplicity yet contradictory complexity of a Coldplay, for good measures add a banjo and Bob Dylan's blessing. You get the feel of Mumford and sons. Well to me atleast.

From the heart of West London in December 2007, Marcus Mumford, Country Winsston, Ben Lovett, and Ted Dwane decided to bring back to the world a long-lost music that would once again rejuvenate the old and unite with the young to world of folk music.

I was at Hype (which is in my honest opinion is an over"hpyed", overrated, dull shoe shop) yesterday and they were playing on their stereo. Some bloke asked the shop babe "who's this playing?"
Shop babe: Mumford and sons?
Lost bloke: are they australian?
Shop babe: ermm don't think so
Me (chiming in): They're from UK.
Shop babe: oh?
Me: yeah they're awesome
Shop babe: I know!
*omg she's talking to me now....this is when my legs got wobbly and throat got croaky...great what geek*
Me: yeah they're going to laneway
Shope babe (srsly she was hot!): YEAH! i've already bought my ticket! Are you going?
Me: ermm ermm...no :S thinking of sunset sounds
Shop babe: oh.....well now that i know you listen to them know any bands similiar?
Me: ermm ermm......*runs out lol*

Ok...no i didn't run out because girls scared me...jeez....i just couldn't give her a good answer.
And comes to the point of my post, I figured out what i believe sounds like them :P so here's my list of....

If you like Mumford and Sons you might like: Joshua James, The Middle East (she knew this one), Grizzly Bear (which i told her), Fleet Foxes (as well...and that's it), Monsters of Folk , fanfarlo

So hot babe who works at the new Hype on Albert St, if you ever (not that you will ever) drop by on this blog, this list is for you and....coffee?

uuhmm hello (hellohelloechoecho)

"Where the wild things are". Never read the book when i was a kid, never really heard of it. But wait, Karen O is composing the soundtrack?! That's gotta be hands-down awesomeness. Which i'm planning to see - no not just the movie but Karen O at Sunset Sounds! So if anyone out there in the intranets want to adopt me to go with them - please do! I'm toilet trained.

Sidenote:
I'm just waiting for my friend to pick me up so i can go for my church's conference while i'm listening to Phoenix (where have they been all my life!)

hahaha....okay this is starting to sound like a twitter.

Well uhm hello.
