Christmas so far

Christmas so far has been strange for me. Remove the morning service, christmas grocery shopping, christmas dinner, christmas drinking, and i begin to mutter what Charlie Brown says:

"I don't feel the way I'm supposed to feel."

Have i forgotten why we choose to celebrate Christmas...

Forgive me God if i've not come to my knees,

in gratitude,

of the magnitude

of what you've given to us.

There wasn't a moment of silence

dedicated to Your truth.

This day you made our freedom you approve.

I just want to say God,

thank you for loving a fool like me.

And forgiving me when i forget bout You.
